About The Climate App
The Climate app is an easy and fun way to track your actions and progress in reducing CO2 while getting inspired by what your friends and network are doing too.
We are a group of climate enthusiasts coming together from around the world in order to solve the biggest threat of our time (even more than Corona!)
We are a team of experienced entrepreneurs, developers, designers and community-builders. We look forward to other brilliant people joining us!
What are we looking for?
Ideally someone with app / android dev experience. Open to other possibilities such as to highly skilled java devs.
We only have 8.5 years left. People need to change their behaviour and become more educated. This then puts pressure on, and allows politicians to put in place the policy needed to reduce CO2 substantially to avoid climate catastrophe. The way we believe this will be achieved, is via an app used extensively by all types of people that uses positive peer-pressure as the driving force to record, incentivise and drive individual and group actions to reduce their CO2 footprint - a virtuous circle.
