Zelienople Community Park invites you to help join our planning team for Big Truck Day! Join a brand-new group of volunteers and help make a difference for those who use Zelienople Community Park! This event, traditionally held in May (currently postponed due to COVID-19), will be occurring in the fall of 2020. The Big Truck Day team helps with promoting the event, soliciting businesses to participate, organizing activities, recruiting participants, volunteers and more! Big Truck Day, one of the park’s largest fundraisers, helps raise vital funds to operate this community green space by inviting children to play and explore the various types of vehicles that serve the community. Current events have made it apparent that our parks are needed more than ever, which means we need YOU more than ever. Join us today!

Mission Statement
The Community Park Association’s mission is to provide safe and clean recreational facilities with respect to the park’s natural resources and physical structures and infrastructure. This is accomplished by offering engaging and varied activities which promote health through physical activity and the chance to have good fun for all ages.
Description
Zelineople Community Park was founded in 1949. It's achievements and success rely on volunteers and businesses to assist with fundraising, programming and general park upkeep. Each year, the park hosts annual fundraising events including Big Truck Day and (in conjunction with Zelienople Public Library) Zelie On Tap. The park, along with the community pool, are a community asset that relies on the public support to help achieve the mission of the park. We are grateful for our volunteers!
