Our small, 100% volunteer-run organization runs the only dental clinic and health clinic for unaccompanied minors in Moria Camp on Lesvos, Greece. We have funding that comes from individual donors and small grants. Expenses include medical supplies, consumable medical materials and ground team expenses.
We use Zoho Books to manage and track our income and expenditures, including remotely uploading receipts. We have an account in the US and the UK, with most purchases made in Greece. We would love some ongoing help in tracking and report generation so that we are better able to keep information from all of these activities together in one place, making it easier to complete grant reporting. This would free up board members/volunteers who are currently doing this to work on different aspects of our projects.
We anticipate this taking around 2 hours weekly.

Health-Point Foundation addresses the medical and dental needs of those who have fled war and poverty, whilst maintaining the dignity of these individuals.
Description
Health-Point Foundation is a grassroots, NGO, non-profit, volunteer-run relief organization. As a 100% volunteer-run organization, we were established in 2015 to bring volunteer medical providers from all over the world to offer services free of charge to refugees. Since 2015, our work in Greece has focused on providing dental and medical care to refugees free of charge who might otherwise not have access to this critical care. Starting in March 2018, and working closely with the Greek Ministry, we have been operating a dental clinic in Moria Camp, located on Lesvos, Greece. In 2020 we also established a Support Mission project to be the health focal point for all unaccompanied minors as well. Volunteer dentists, medical providers and other support staff from all over the world volunteer come to serve for one week or longer in our clinics. Volunteers to help with communication, grant writing, recruiting, fundraising and accounting work remotely to help support our work.
