The COVID-19 outbreak is especially hard on our senior population that is separated from their families at this time. You can help by sending letters, cards or a note snowflake to brighten their day. We'll put the snowflakes up in their windows! Mail to: Catholic Eldercare, Attn. Kiran Dahlin at 817 Main Street NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413 and we will distribute to those in our care. Thank you.

Description
The Catholic Eldercare community includes independent living apartments, two assisted living communities, memory care, adult day services, 150 bed skilled nursing and a mid-sized transitional care unit with 24 private rooms.
