During this difficult time, there are many seniors in assisted living, or their homes who are isolated and can't leave due to the pandemic.
There are also many caregivers, who are caring for their loved one and could use words of encouragement during this time.
Become a "penpal" for a senior in the community by writing letters regularly, or sending cards to brighten their day. You may not receive letters back, but it would brighten their day to have someone think of them!
We encourage creativity!
