ORGANIZATION: Sophia M. Sachs Butterfly House

Help the Butterfly House celebrate dads, grandpas, and uncles! Families will enjoy delicious donuts, fun activities, and meet Clifford the Big Red Dog! Activities include story time take-home craft and an opportunity to take photos with Clifford.

Applicants under 18 must have their parent/legal guardian complete a Parent/Legal Guardian Consent Form in order to volunteer for this event.

You will be stationed inside and/or outside the Butterfly House. Volunteers will assist in one or both shifts for the event. The shifts are 8:30am-11:30am and 12:00-2:30pm. Your assignment is to:

  • Assist children with crafts, games and educational activities
  • Assist with serving food/drink
  • Assist with monitoring a Zero Waste Station.
  • Provide guests with excellent customer service
  • Assist with guest check-in
  • Be our friendly mascot, Clifford the Big Red Dog! There will a mascot attendant to help you,
