Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Saint Therese! We are currently unable to have on-site volunteer engagement due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Even though we can’t engage on-site volunteers...we still encourage volunteer support! Below are some ways you can help.

  • Cards and letters of cheer for residents - a cheerful note can brighten someone’s day!
  • Fun activity supplies for the residents ; puzzle books, simple craft kits, bingo prizes, etc.
  • Treats for the hard-working staff
  • Prayer shawls, lap blankets
  • Prayers for everyone!

Donations can be left at the front entrance of any Saint Therese community clearly labeled as a Saint Therese donation. Be sure to include your name and contact information so we can track volunteer support and thank you. Please see our website for locations https://www.sainttherese.org/

We are very grateful for the face masks that have been lovingly sewn and donated. When combined, our Saint Therese communities have received nearly 5000 face masks! The varieties of style and fabric are amazing, and the creativity when elastic is in short supply is impressive. We currently are at capacity for face masks but will reach out to the community if the need arises.

Our Saint Therese "Sleeve Teams" have created over 800 washable, reusable isolation gowns from short sleeve hospital gowns and gently used sheets - amazing!! Having an extra inventory "just in case" helps everyone rest a bit easier. We’ll reach out with this project too if there is a need. Thank you volunteers!

We are looking forward to the day when we’re able to welcome volunteers back to our campuses! Until then, we encourage you to follow Saint Therese on your favorite social media site. Keep checking back with us on VolunteerMatch for any additional opportunities that may arise.
