Nearly 4 out of 10 kids use free or reduced lunch in MN. With schools closed, and the incomes of many left uncertain, more families than ever are struggling to keep food on the table. Help your community today by joining our team! In response to COVID-19, VEAP has created a new service delivery model that ensures the health and safety of all. Our opportunities comply with current public health guidelines, don’t require experience, and are of course fun!

Description
VEAP is a basic needs and social services organization whose programs promote access to healthy foods, stable housing and transportation. VEAP’s programs are designed to address a particular need and when used together provide hope and can help avoid a financial crisis such as loss of housing, transportation or employment. Whether the hardship is from a disability, job transition, or the financial and physical stresses of aging, VEAP has been helping our neighbors in need for over 40 years in Bloomington, Richfield, and Edina.

- Shifts are typically three to four hours in length and begin every weekday at 8:15am, 11:30am, or 2:15pm. We have one evening shift on Thursdays beginning at 5:00pm and ending at 7:15pm.
