We are in need of two administrative assistants with lite administrative duties and to assist in updating and tracking volunteer activity. This position requires working knowledge of Zoom, Google Drive, MS Excel, MS Excel. Also required, computer, smartphone, and Internet access.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Data entry
* Returning phone calls
* Communicating with volunteers
* Document creation
* Cross-referencing
* Other essential duties as needed

Requirements
* Must present a professional and friendly demeanor
* Must be dependable and punctual
* Be courteous and personable when dealing with the public and volunteers
* Be self-directed, willing to take initiative, and detail-oriented
* Respect and maintain the confidentiality of the IDSGT Foundation, volunteers, partners, and donors
* Computer skills
* Zoom
* Working knowledge of Google Drive, MS Office, smartphone apps, and the Internet

Training
 Attends general volunteer orientation
 Completes office orientation which includes training on the following items:
o Our virtual phone system
o Database Tutorials
