Due to COVID-19, many low/no income individuals and families are in need of items to support them through their day to day lives. Emergency Care Packages will be distributed to individuals and families based on need. To support us in assembling these packages we are in need of donations of items. Each care package include food, household items, and hygiene items. View our Donation Wishlist to see what items you can donate! (Every bag of donations = five verified volunteer hours)

Description

Atlantic Outreach Group (AOG), is a community based 501(c)3 non-profit organization that is dedicated to empowering individuals and families by connecting them to resources needed for their success. We assist those that are overwhelmed by physical, mental, emotional, social and financial challenges, by providing resources that assist in making positive sustainable changes in their lives.

We understand the importance of having a network of support that shares in our mission to help those in need in under-serviced communities. Our dedication to creating partnerships to assist in providing wrap-around support services, is key to our success. AOG strives to bridge the gap in services needed and those available by offering referrals to reputable outside agencies as well as internal programs to individuals and families.
