During these uncertain times, how can we help?
See below to access our COVID-19 Resource Hub, and to explore our growing directory of COVID-19-specific and virtual volunteering opportunities.
****Do you enjoy playing an instrument, or singing solo and are interested in sharing your gifts with your community?
****Do you enjoy bringing peace and happiness to those who are at the end moments of their lives?
If so, the Holisticare Music Volunteer Program May Be Right for You!
We welcome professional musicians, music students, choir participants, college students, music teachers, board certified music therapists, band members, and more!
As a Music Volunteer you’ll have the opportunity to visit patients in their homes, or long-term care facilities, (in the future when it is safe to do so) or virtually (via Zoom, Facetime or Skype), in Middlesex, Monmouth or Ocean Counties, to share your musical gifts! Volunteers are able to bring joy and comfort through the gift of music, to those that we serve!
We offer you:

From its inception, the mission of Holisticare Hospice has been to ensure that end-of-life care envelops the patient, their caregivers, and their families with spiritual and physical comfort. Forgoing curative treatment and opting for a palliative approach allows hospice care to be provided where the patient lives, surrounded by family and friends with the support of experienced healthcare professionals.
Hospice is a type of care and a philosophy of care that focuses on the palliation of a terminally ill patient’s symptoms. These symptoms can be physical, emotional, spiritual or social in nature. Hospice care is provided to people that have a limited life expectancy and choose comfort and relief from pain and other symptoms.
We'll work with your schedule.
