Helping others as they near the end of their lives is a profoundly moving experience. Whether it is just sitting bedside with the patient, listening to music, watching tv, or holding their hand and physically being there for them, will help put the patient at ease and keep them from feeling alone during their last days.

Providing an individualized care of physical, emotional, and practical care all with the emphasis of pain and symptom management. Brookdale Hospice emphasizes comfort, dignity, and respect; we believe to focus on both, the patient and family, to provide the absolute best care.

If you volunteer 50 hours, you qualify for a reference, up to a year, by the Volunteer Coordinator. More information and restrictions upon orientation.
