Are you interested in helping a nonprofit organization by working with people? If so, join the Red Cross Disaster Workforce Team!
This team helps new volunteers through the process of being a Disaster volunteer. The Workforce team welcomes new volunteers, conducts interviews, provides onboarding and training information, and supports volunteers throughout their career. This team also throws (virtual) parties and recognition events! it is similar to a Human Resources department, but working with volunteers.
No experience is needed - full training will be provided. The time commitment is extremely flexible - we'll work with your availability, but are looking for 8-10 hours/month. Work will be done remotely from home.
Please note we are looking for volunteers who can commit to this role for at least 6 months.
