Guide new volunteers find the perfect fit as the onboarding/engagement Specialist with Service to Armed Forces (SAF) and International Services (IS). You will match the volunteers motivation and interest with open SAF-IS positions that meet service delivery demands.

The steps in onboarding include:

* Interview
* Orientation
* Engagement

Responsibilities:
Develop, implement and provide oversight of regional tasks ensuring all new volunteer applicants are interviewed, placed in an activity for engagement, provided a supervisor and oriented to SAF-IS within established standards.

Qualifications:
Leadership Skills; Knowledge of Red Cross Service to the Armed Forces and International Services Programs and Activities; Customer Focus; Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; acts with volunteers in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with volunteers and gains their trust and respect. Action Oriented; Enjoys working hard; is action oriented and full of energy for the things that she/she sees as challenging. Manages Diversity Treats all kinds and classes of people equitably; deals effectively with all races, nationalities, cultures, disabilities, ages and both sexes.
