Will Call Volunteer
ORGANIZATION: Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra

These volunteers staff our Will Call table at all RPO performances. They are responsible for distributing tickets to patrons.
Will Call volunteers are provided with a digital sign-up form in advance where they may select dates they wish to volunteer. Two volunteers are needed for each performance.
Will Call volunteers are also required for any off-site performances, including Hochstein Performance Hall, Glazer Hall at Nazareth College, and Kodak Theater on the Ridge.
On-site training is provided by a staff supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Fine motor dexterity
- Ability to sit for long periods
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Customer Service experience preferred

- 60-75 minutes prior to concert start; 15-20 minutes after concert begins.
- Will Call volunteers are eligible for 2 complimentary tickets to the scheduled concert as available/at manager’s discretion.
