The American Heart Association is looking for Volunteers to help with set up for our 2020 Southern New England Heart Ball!

The Southern New England Heart Ball helps the American Heart Association to connect, innovate, influence and invest in advancing our efforts to change health outcomes as they relate to heart disease and stroke.

Heart Ball celebrates these efforts to build a foundation of health in our community and ensure everyone lives a longer healthier life. The evening festivities include dinner, an opportunity to Open Your Heart and further support the mission, an exciting auction and dancing.

Our initiative can only be sustained with the help of volunteers who would be willing to spare a few hours helping to set up for the Heart Ball.

We will be setting up the day of the Heart Ball Friday, September 25 that the Graduate Hotel located at 11 Dorrance St, Providence, RI 02903. We are looking for Volunteers to help from 10:00 a.m. until around 12:30 p.m.

We are in need of volunteers to help with:

  • Moving supplies from the cars to the ballroom
  • Setting up the ballroom with centerpieces, table numbers, name tags, gifts on each chair, etc.
  • Setting up the cocktail lounge with signs, table decorations, etc.
