The volunteers will be onsite 3 hours per day answering the phone,making cold calls to potential donors, creating basic documents,reaching out to others in the community to form partnerships and to lead a show and tell group . This will be female only ! We are seeking women to empower other women! Race or age unimportant we are looking to empower and help other sisters coming out of prison . Which mean we will have a meet and greet group on Fridays to mate up our volunteers with a client as a "buddy" to encourage and help remold her self esteem. We are also open to ideas and suggestions !!

Description
Woman with A Plan is a new organization formed by a formerly incarcerated female that also had other challenges to be productive in society. One of our main goals is to reduce the recidivism and reunite and strengthen families. We will help assist with the daily foundations to lead a productive life .Food,housing,and employment referral.We have assisted a great number of females in our year of operation.We are in the process of implementing our new self employment program for those who face challenges in the employment sector due to the sex trade or domestic violence.
