Safe-Hub is looking for individuals to help kick-start implementation of Safe-Hub’s FairPlay soccer at the first U.S. Safe-Hub site in Philadelphia! Volunteers will receive initial training in Safe-Hub values and programs before coaching FairPlay soccer to children ages 4-14 at the Lighthouse Fields. Volunteers will gain valuable experience in youth development and facilitation. Volunteers will:

  • Participate in Safe-Hub program training
  • Take regular attendance for monitoring & evaluation of programs
  • Facilitate FairPlay soccer sessions, including teaching soccer and life-skills and refereeing soccer matches
  • Act as positive role models at all times
  • Gather feedback from participants and parents on the program experience
  • Keep the facility and equipment clean and safe for all
