Safe-Hub is looking for individuals to help kick-start implementation of Safe-Hub’s FairPlay soccer at the first U.S. Safe-Hub site in Philadelphia! Volunteers will receive initial training in Safe-Hub values and programs before coaching FairPlay soccer to children ages 4-14 at the Lighthouse Fields. Volunteers will gain valuable experience in youth development and facilitation. Volunteers will:
Participate in Safe-Hub program training
Take regular attendance for monitoring & evaluation of programs
Facilitate FairPlay soccer sessions, including teaching soccer and life-skills and refereeing soccer matches
Act as positive role models at all times
Gather feedback from participants and parents on the program experience
Keep the facility and equipment clean and safe for all
