A volunteer management assistant is requested to serve the Aging Services Section Manager with the following responsibilities:
- the organization of all administrative and clerical duties as necessary
- contribute to the design and implementation of processes related to the department business plan
- work on an impactful projects that align with key strategic priorities in the department
- prepare important documents/reports after data collection and analysis
- conduct research and analysis to generate current trends and insights and provide recommendations to Section Manager
- create and design volunteer team template newsletter
- perform other related tasks as needed
