We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and trustworthy individual to join our team as a Hybrid Domestic & Virtual Assistant. This unique role combines in-home domestic support with virtual administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage a wide range of tasks, from household care to managing calendars, email communication, marketing, and course management.

Key Responsibilities

Domestic Support (On-site)

* Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning, laundry, and organization.

* Assist with meal preparation and grocery shopping or meal planning.

* Handle errands such as picking up supplies or organizing home needs.

* Keep the home environment clean, organized, and functional.

* Provide occasional support for personal projects (e.g., organizing documents or managing home appointments).

Virtual Administrative Support

* Manage and organize calendars, scheduling appointments, and ensuring commitments are met.

* Oversee email communication, including prioritizing, responding, and flagging important emails.

* Assist with marketing tasks, including tracking efforts, social media scheduling, and basic campaign management.

* Support course and curriculum management by updating online platforms, coordinating with clients, and tracking deliverables.

* Help with accountability for personal and professional routines (e.g., reminders for deadlines or key tasks).

* Organize and track expenses, receipts, and payments as needed.

Required Qualifications

* Proven experience in both domestic care and virtual assistant roles, or similar hybrid positions.

* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Proficiency with tools such as Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar), email platforms, and social media tools.

* Basic knowledge of marketing platforms and course management systems (preferred but not required).

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with a high level of integrity.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with light meal prep or grocery planning.

* Familiarity with online learning platforms (e.g., Kajabi, Thinkific, or similar).

* Experience working with individuals with ADHD or providing accountability support.

* Familiarity with time management tools or routines to help maintain structure.

Job Details

* Location: Combination of on-site (home-based tasks) and remote work.

* Schedule: Flexible, with a mix of scheduled and on-demand tasks (approx. 15-20 hours per week to start).

* Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.

* Start Date: Immediate or as soon as possible.
