Seeking regular assistance in our small health care office in the Donelson/Airport area. Volunteers should enjoy working with a team that wants to provide excellent customer service to patients and their families. An ideal volunteer would be able to commit 4 hours per week to provide support.
Tasks include (but are not limited to):
-Daily contact with patient's and their loved ones
-Answering phones/transferring calls
-Using a fax machine
-Creating admission packets
-Assist in the planning and preparation of events
-Assist in HR initiatives
-Provide support with inventory
-Help establish new processes to increase efficiency in supply delivery to patients
-Assist family services with initiatives
-Provide support to office manager and office support
-Filing and organization
-Follow up phone calls
This opportunity is available Monday through Friday only.
Volunteers must be willing to undergo a background check (at our expense) and brief training period before beginning.

Description
