Go-To Photographer and Videographer Volunteer Needed

Sertoma Centre provides support to nearly 2,000 individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities and those living with mental illness. We are a local CARF accredited nonprofit with locations in Alsip and Matteson, Illinois.

We are in need of a Photographer and Videographer Volunteer to take high-quality photos/videos. This volunteer will work in collaboration with our dynamic and creative Advancement Team.

This role includes:
* A background check, and free training that includes CPR and First Aid.
* Taking photos/videos of day-to-day activities at Sertoma Centre in Alsip and Matteson.
* Taking photos/videos at fundraisers, like the Heroes Cook-Off, Cruse for a Cause, Super Sale, etc.
* Taking photos/videos at our community outreach events.
* Creating photos/videos in collaboration with the Advancement Team for important occasions including Giving Tuesday, holiday Adopt-a-Consumer, DSP Week, etc.
* Creating photos/videos in collaboration with the Advancement Team for other departments various needs including HR Safety Training, DSP Role Insights, CMHC Art Projects, Insite Training Services Instructionals, etc.

We’re looking for someone who:
* Has experience in the video and photography field. (prefered)
* Is knowledgeable about Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, etc. (prefered)
* Has access to professional equipment.
* Is available at least two hours, bi-week.
* Can share photos and videos with the Sertoma Centre in a timely manner via Dropbox or other means.
* Is comfortable travelling to events, outreach days, and others within the greater Chicagoland area.
