Come join Shakti Rising and bring your expertise in building a thriving community through different FUNdraisers! Outcome of Service Will bring our vision and model to the greater San Diego community to inspire generosity.
Shakti will have help meeting our resource goals (volunteers and funds).
Interested in putting together other fundraising events like silent auctions, soil fundraiser, opportunity drawings that can both raise awareness and raise funds for shakti.
Time Commitment Meeting every 6 weeks, 3 hours/mo, more when helping to plan, or nearing an event
Required Qualifications Expansive network they are willing to harness - in San Diego or other city, willingness to raise money for Shakti Rising through their network, eagerness to use their network to make corporate, foundation, and major donor connections for Shakti Rising.
Prefered Qualifications Fundraising or marketing experience
Support Provided Group meetings every 6-weeks, help to grow a team of fellow Advocates
Regular contact with the Resource Rich Leaders
2 day training immersion
Volunteer Benefits Ability to see others being generous is invigorating and inspirational. Will be able to connect with donors. Will feel sense of accomplishment from bringing donors to Shakti. Will be able to put fundraising, event planning, corporate relationship-building on resume. Status

Description
Shakti Rising is active across the USA. We work with volunteers from all over the United States and beyond. We have three program areas: Transformational Recovery, Shakti Feminine University, and Transformation Through Service. Our three programs support women and the larger community to dive deeply into their own personal recovery, education, and leadership development. Our volunteer program is a leadership program, we are a living laboratory of leading from the feminine.
