Deliver meals to your neighbors in need! The Osceola Council on Aging and the Meals-on-Wheels program are looking for volunteers to deliver meals and a friendly greeting to a senior once per week. Many food insecure seniors depend on volunteers like you to receive the food they need to remain in their homes and continue to thrive.
Our program is specifically geared to encourage volunteerism among those aged 55 and over; however, adult Volunteers of all ages are welcome. RSVP, a part of Senior Corps, is America's largest volunteer network for people 55 and over, and has partnered with the Osceola Council o n Aging to recruit volunteers for this amazing program. With more than 300,000 volunteers tackling tough issues in communities nationwide, RSVP shows how you can apply the skills and wisdom you have acquired throughout your life to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
