Camp Description:
The ultimate in colorfully messy fun; in this camp we will perfect the art of making a mess through a variety of explosive activities from watercolor to waterslides and exploding paint to super soaker tie-dye and water rockets. Both left and right brainers will be pleased as punch in this, one of our favorite camps. Professional splashers will also be given the opportunity to experiment with dry ice and produce some delicious consequences. Bring a change of clothes (or two), towel and water shoes, because things are bound to get dirty in this splashion-packed day camp.
Volunteer Expectations:Volunteers will be assisting with camp activities and are asked to bring a change of clothes as this particular camp is messy and awesome.

Description
Dinosaur Hill Nature Preserve, Inc. is a nonprofit educational corporation supported by memberships, grants, donations and fund raising projects. The preserve and nature center are very much an integral part of the Rochester community, enjoying the support and volunteer help of Rochester area residents and businesses. Many volunteer hours have been and continue to be spent in developing and maintaining the preserve, teaching of classes, as well as in helping with various fund raising projects. Sixteen acres of wood, meadow and stream, nestled in the midst of one of Rochester Michigan's neighborhoods and only 5 minutes from most shopping and business areas, Dinosaur Hill Nature Preserve provides a quiet oasis of natural beauty; the perfect opportunity to take a lunch-hour stroll through an enchanting winter wonderland or along a spring path rioting with color. Before you leave, don't forget to visit Dinosaur Hill's award winning nature center, the perfect setting for displaying nature's bounties and teaching her lessons. In the nature center you will find brochures describing the many programs Dinosaur Hill offers for groups, children, adults and families. Classes are small and are taught by experienced, professional staff.
