We need volunteers to help us transport donated blood from our blood drives in Lower Bucks County especially the Levittown, Langhorne and Morrisville areas.

Blood Transport Volunteers:

Urgent need for volunteer drivers to pick-up life-saving blood from a blood drive near you and deliver it to the Red Cross Donation Center (700 Spring Garden St., Philadelphia, PA) and/or from the Donation Center to area hospitals.

  • Select the pick-up time and location from the schedule that is convenient for you;
  • Plan your own route for the delivery of this urgently needed blood;
  • Typical pickup run is about 2-4 hours round trip;
  • Most volunteers drive once or twice a month (most using their own car).
  • You can also make hospital deliveries using a Red Cross vehicle.
  • Free orientation and training!
