Black Empowerment Works

We are looking for people who are willing and available to provide guidance, resources and connections to idea leaders. We want to build a pool of mentors with a diverse body of expertise. Mentors should be open-minded, flexible, relatable, honest, self-aware and recognize that the idea leader is in the driver seat.

Mentors will connect one-on-one or in small groups with idea leaders to provide support to their ideas.

Application Deadline: April 13. Role begins in early June.

Black Empowerment Works promotes Black economic and social prosperity through self-determination by resourcing and funding grassroots-generated, Black-led ideas, programs and projects. Essentially, it is an equity-focused grant and support program addressing poverty in Greater Cincinnati.
