1:30 Unload AHA tent weights and bins. Place in park according to Park map.
2:00 Unload all conduit, elbows, and banners. Place at correct tent and assemble. (Teams of 3)
2:45 Place directional and mile marker signs along route, and yard signs within park according to map.
3:00 Make sure each tent has the correct number of tables and chairs according to tent map.
3:30 Head home and rest up... Tomorrow is EVENT DAY!
