Her Nexx Chapter (HNC) is a 501(c)3 organization that provides an immersive virtual platform consisting of programs that connect, mentor and nurture women through their journey in life by providing access to certified life coaches, mentors and subject matter experts.


Her Nexx Chapter is looking for an experienced and passionate Email Marketing Campaign Manager to take the lead in promoting our brand in reaching present and future customers through email marketing strategies. The individual in this position will be responsible for planning and developing our overall email marketing strategy which includes supporting the set-up, management, testing, deployment and tracking of various client email campaigns which consists of blogs, events (webinars-both pre and post communications), and automated drip campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Past experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics
  • Mailchimp experience or proficiency using Mailchimp is a must have
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on HNC’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall email marketing strategy
  • Create various email lists and campaigns
  • Develop a lead generation strategy
  • Increase email subscriptions
  • Suggest methods for improvements
  • Work closely with the editorial and the marketing team to create email marketing campaigns
