ORGANIZATION: Her Nexx Chapter

Are you looking to make an impact with your writing?

At Her Nexx Chapter, you will write about topics and issues relevant to the concerns and culture of today's women, their interests, their lifestyle, their wellness and their journey as they relate to women's empowerment. The editorial assistant position involves gathering information and compiling unique and engaging blog content, and if you'd like to share a bit of your story as well, all the better! You will work closely with the Editor-in-Chief and Executive Project Management Strategist who assists with content coordination for publication on our website.

You may also be asked to work on various projects with other HNC teams, supporting Her Nexx Chapter's mission of bringing together a dynamic center of inspiration within our community of women for women. If this sounds like a team you'd like to be a part of, we'd love to hear from you!

Skill Set Required:
- Strong writing, copy editing, and proofreading skills
- Proficient in Word / Google Docs
- Blogger a plus, but not necessary
- Adheres to deadlines
- Journalism, Advertising, a plus

Requirements:
Must be 18+
Must have previous experience with editorial tasks

Her Nexx Chapter, a 501c3 global nonprofit organization, provides engagement topics and activities that will deliver an impactful experience for women. Description

In addition to our vision illuminating a diverse group of women spanning multi-generations with increased capacity to embrace individual strengths for well-being, we have created a community within our internal structure for our volunteers. We are proud that our platform provides opportunities to help mentor and enhance our volunteers' skills with professional leadership.
