Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Boston is seeking a Big Brother (21+) for Teddy, an 8 year-old boy who lives in Hull/surrounding towns and "likes to do and try everything." Teddy is an only child who was adopted by wonderful, supportive parents. He loves skateboarding and basketball! He enjoys playing with Legos, reading, building things, biking, and would like to try new sports and activities with his Big. Teddy likes spending time on his scooter, playing mind craft, going rock climbing, cooking, and doing creative/artistic projects. He is a happy child who likes school and is comfortable engaging with both kids and adults. He would "like to be a policeman" when he grows up so he can help others. A Big Brother who has Teddy's shared interests, enjoys the outdoors, but also likes to " just hang out" is what Teddy is seeking. Bigs agree to meet their LIttle's 2x/mo, mostly weekends, and make at least a one year commitment. Matches are supported by Clinical Match Specialists with experience working with children and families. All religions, ethnicities, and backgrounds are welcome!
