ROOTS Northern Berkshire Teen Center is a welcoming and supportive environment for young people aged 14-22. We provide snacks, coffee, tea, games, wi-fi, and meals, as well as regular events and workshops. Every Tuesday is a game night, and every third Friday is an Open Mic, which is open to all. The basic concepts of being available for people - other than making sure the lights are on and the door is open - include being supportive, present, and respectful of constituents as individuals.

Description
ROOTS Teen Center began in 2015 as a welcoming place for youth to feel heard and supported. With a drop-in program, regular programming, and a youth board, ROOTS is a space by young people and for young people in the community to be after school year-round.
