Job Summary: Assists Chief of Building and Making by creating inventories of exhibits Work with project management software to track exhibit installation as well as exhibit repair. Candidate will learn project management skills that can be applied to large-scale projects in many fields.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create and maintain inventory of exhibits.
  2. Learn and use SmartSheet and Air Table project management systems to track and update ongoing project changes
  3. Attend meetings, take notes, and track project changes
  4. Research exhibit items
  5. Update exhibit material resource lists
