Capitol Hospice

  • 2 people are interested

Capitol Hospice is seeking volunteers for Point Venture, Texas 78645.
Being a volunteer brings joy to a person on their final journey in life and gives rest to the caregiver/family member that is taking care of the hospice patient.
Volunteer activities may consist of visiting with a patient as they reminisce of happier times; sitting at the bedside reading; hand holding; watching TV; listening to music; light housework etc. At times just being present with a person makes all the difference, simply sharing time with that person can be a great comfort to them.
If you have a heart to share a little time please contact me for more details.
