Become an Ambassador for your Faith Community in the Movement to End Homelessness in Pierce County!


Ambassadors serve as liaisons between their congregation, and **Associated Ministries in a community effort to take action on homelessness in Pierce County. With guidance from the Program Outreach Coordinator at Associated Ministries, the Ambassador:

  • Energizes their faith community, by keeping them informed on the issue of homelessness, and enlisting support for action opportunities.
  • Attends ***Community Quarterly Meetings where they engage in deeper learning about homelessness in Pierce County, and receive action updates.

**Associated Ministries is a non-profit organization located in the Hilltop neighborhood of Tacoma, WA. We are an interfaith organization, uniting communities of all different faiths to work together toward lasting solutions to homelessness. We provide housing services to people experiencing homelessness, as well as support to modest and low income households as a form of homeless prevention.
