Our application is now open!
Every year, ScholarMatch provides free, virtual individualized college and career advising to hundreds of underserved first-generation high school seniors nationwide, and we would love for you to join us in our 2024-25 Destined for College program.
As a student-centered organization serving mainly BIPOC youth, we're seeking volunteers with similar experiences/backgrounds to our students. When students and coaches bond through shared experiences, it boosts students' confidence and sense of belonging. With that in mind, we are committed to seeking, prioritizing, and learning from potential volunteers who identify as first-generation college students, people of color, and LGBTQIA+ individuals.
If you’re interested in volunteering as a ScholarMatch college coach, please join one of our informational sessions below. In these sessions, we will introduce you to our Destined for College program and go over all the components of our mentorship program. Please see the dates and Zoom links below. Info Sessions will be recorded and available to view on our website:
March Info. Sessions:
- Tuesday, 03/26: 10-11 am PST/1-2:00 pm EST
If any questions arise, please reach out to volunteer@scholarmatch.org.
