As you know, the focus of this nonprofit is sharing information which helps residents of the Greater Seattle Area make safer and wiser decisions hiring individuals to assist with home projects. Individuals volunteer because we believe in sharing a portion of our personal time to show support for our residents in this social good without expecting anything in return. We do it because we are Seattlelites who believe in doing our part to make a difference in the lives of others.
There are no commitments. Only one article would be assigned at a time. Interval can range from being offered an article to proof-read once each week or intermittently. Only one volunteer required in this capacity. Each opportunity for this is independent, meaning, if you opt to do this once, there is no internal obligation to present you with another. That would be your decision. All opportunities are optional. What you do is not "for" HGRBS. Instead, it is for our neighbors and for our personal satisfaction having served a social good in this area, as well. If you would like more information about HGRBS before making a decision, you can browse: HGRBS.
