Bridges Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking volunteers who wish to share their office and computer skills to help support our hospice care team. Bridges Hospice provides compassionate care for terminally ill patients and their families through a team-based approach. Hospice care addresses the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the patient and family with doctors, nurses, aids, social workers, chaplains and volunteers. You can be an important part of this team by assisting with much-needed administrative tasks.

Volunteers can assist in a variety of ways from supporting the nursing team, assembling patient and training materials, or assisting with the volunteer program. You will be provided with training on hospice concepts and philosophy as well as a variety of office equipment and computer applications. This assignment is a great way to learn new skills and augment your resume!
