KINDRED HOSPICE is seeking volunteers to visit patients on WEEKENDS. Volunteers offer support for patients and their families, chatting or reading to patients, reminiscing or listening to music with patients, or providing time for caregivers to do errands or just take a break. Volunteers with therapy dogs may also bring their dogs to brighten the day of patients! (We have information to certify/register your dog as a therapy dog.)

Volunteers may select the patients they visit--often choosing by geography or by patient interests--and schedule visits as it suits their calendars. Weekly or twice monthly visits make a big difference!
