Share your knowledge and help students in middle and high school with their math. Come to the library two to three hours a week and make yourself available to help a student with math and other homework. Your role will be to provide support and guidance (not the answers). Retired teachers, lifelong learners, current students in high school or college are all welcome. For those in high school or in clubs requiring hours - this is the ideal volunteer opportunity! Volunteer after school on Thursdays at the Dacula branch of the Gwinnett County Public Library. Currently we are offering homework help on Thursdays between 2:30 and 5:30pm. Orientation and training are provided. Commitment to a schedule, once set, is required. Use what you know and make a positive difference!
