This opportunity is to volunteer at the Health Department in Sarasota County
Laboratory Supervisor: Latalya Williams
Position: Lab Assistant
Duties: Complete patients charts/data entry; draw blood samples and finger sticks. Additional training will be provided.
Skills: Knowledge on how to take different types of samples. Professional with sensitive, caring and patience expertise when working with clients and; clear and friendly communication with patients.
Location 1 - Sarasota: 2200 Ringling Blvd. Sarasota, FL 34234
Hours: Flexible / 2-3 times a week
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 01:00pm
Location 2 - North Port: 6950 Outreach Way, North Port, FL 34287
Hours: Flexible - Twice a week
Tuesdays and Wednesdays 9:00am - 01:00pm
Volunteers needed: 2 (one for each location)
