The Friends of the Lakewood Libraries (FoLL) has an immediate opening in our Used Bookstore located in the Iacoboni Library for a Tuesday afternoon volunteer to work the hours of 3pm to 5pm weekly. Greet customers, recommend books, tidy shelves, sell books, make change, balance cash drawer, and other clerical duties. Training will be provided. Excellent for retired person - meet the community! Ideally, the volunteer selected, should be able to make a commitment of a year plus to the organization.

The Friends of the Lakewood Libraries (FoLL) is a non-profit, membership corporation established in 1972. The purpose of the corporation is to enhance the programs, services and materials of the Angelo M. Iacoboni and George Nye, Jr. Libraries through public awareness, cultural programs, and private funding.
Description
The Friends of the Lakewood Libraries (FoLL) is an all-volunteer community service group. Revenue comes from our used bookstore, donations, and fundraisers. FoLL hosts events such as twice-yearly book sales, and our premier event the yearly Taste of Lakewood (ToL) fundraiser, and supports other community based organizations. Come volunteer with us!
