Due to ongoing concerns and state and federal public health guidance related to COVID-19, the CDA Foundation has made the difficult decision to postpone the July clinic indefinitely.
The Foundation looks forward to hosting the next CDA Cares when health officials deem it is safe to do so and when all guidelines on PPE, patient care, social distancing and enhanced infection control practices can be followed.
We understand how much this event is valued by our dental community, the hundreds of committed volunteers and supporters and the thousands of patients we serve who experience barriers to care. Please know that this was a thoughtful, yet tough, decision for all those involved. The health and safety of our generous volunteers and the patients we serve is the Foundation’s highest priority.
Thank you for your understanding through these unprecedented times and for your continued dedication to the Foundation and CDA Cares.

Mission Statement
The California Dental Association Foundation's mission is to improve the oral health of all Californians by supporting the dental profession in its efforts to meet community needs. Oral health is critical to the total health and well-being of an individual. For children, it means they won't live in pain or miss school. For adults, it can enhance employment outcomes, improve quality of life and, for many, restore dignity.
