As we are in the midst of this persistent population increase, one of ACCAP’s goals is to continue to meet the needs of the older adult population as well as prepare and strengthen our programs to meet the needs of our future clients. All of the ACCAP Senior Program services target adults who are 60 years and older and who currently reside in Anoka County. Individuals of all income levels are able to access our services, but emphasis is placed on those who are low income.
