Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society San Diego office is looking for a volunteer who enjoys administrative work. This individual should have effective communication skills, be organized and have the ability to manage their time efficiently. Ideally this individual would be available to volunteer at least twice a week.

Duties will include but are not limited to; administrative paperwork, interviewing potential volunteers and reference checks by phone, conducting New Volunteer Orientation at least twice a month at on offsite location; supporting Program Leads, helping to plan recognition events and assisting with monthly site visits of the Thrift Shop and the Hospital Visitor Program at Naval Medical Center San Diego.

No previous experience is required and all training is provided on site. Childcare and mileage can be reimbursed. Send us a message for more information.

The Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society is a private, non-profit, volunteer, service organization. As a Center of Excellence, it is committed to ensuring that all available resources are used to assist personnel of the Naval Service--active, retired, and their eligible family members-- to achieve financial self-sufficiency and find solutions to emergency needs.
