The Unit Leader actively leads a staff team to provide quality program to campers in a safe, fun, supportive environment within the Girl Scout program model.

Every camp team member (volunteer and paid roles) will participate in a three-part, pre-camp training on the following dates:
- 6/17/2020 at Headquarters 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.
- 6/24/2020 at Headquarters 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.
- 6/26 - 6/28/2020 at Camp Welaka: Arrival at 7 p.m. on Friday 6/26 and Departure at 12:00 p.m. on Sunday 6/28. This training will include Water Watcher certification, instruction in job-specific duties or certifications as needed, an overview of Girl Scout programming and preparing to work with girls.

- This position lives on property in an air-conditioned cabin however you must be able to withstand the heat and stress of an average day (and night) at camp.
