The Conservation Training Partnerships is a free program for both high school students (grades 9 to 12) and adult volunteers who are interested in exploring tools and tech to connect with the outdoors.
This program includes a 2-day hybrid workshop that introduces participants to innovative, user-friendly online mapping technology that can be applied to learn about and address local environmental issues. At the workshop, teen and adult teams brainstorm environmental actions that they can then carry out in their own community.
Day 1 (July 31) will be in-person at the Keney Park in Hartford
Day 2 (August 1) will be online
