Are you a licensed massage therapist? Do you have even an hour a week or a month to provide comfort massage to hospice patients? Comfort massages can be relaxing and extremely comforting for a hospice patient and can help alleviate pain, anxiety and improve the quality of life for a hospice patient.
Comfort massage provides attentive touch to a hospice patient at their end-of-life and can ease any discomfort a patient may be feeling. Please respond to see how you can volunteer your talents, skills and generous volunteer time with a hospice patient in need. Traditions Health and its patients need you! Our administrative offices are located in Orange, Ca. Traditions Health provide hospice services to patients across Orange County, as far north into LA County as Whittier and La Habra, down to San Clemente and San Bernardino County (i.e Rancho Cucamonga, Pomona, and Chino Hills), wherever the patient calls home. Patients may reside in their own home, board and care home or facility. We provide hospice services to adults diagnosed with a life-limiting illness who have a life expectancy of 6 months or less should the disease take its natural course. Hospice services are provided wherever the patient calls home, whether in the own home, board and care home, or nursing facility.
This opportunity can be done around your schedule and availability. If for any reason you cannot accept a request due to time constraints, distance, etc. we completely understand. Requests for your services are accepted or declined by you, at your own discretion.

The Traditions Health hospice team provides support and guidance to patients and their families to address each of these needs throughout their end of life journey. We walk with the patient and their loved ones each step of the way, providing the education and care they need to have the best quality of life possible.
Our team is passionate about building relationships with our patients and their loved ones so that we know what matters most to them. Whether the need is physical, spiritual or emotional, our compassionate hospice experts are available to provide the necessary support. Comfort and dignity are the anchors of hospice care. Our clinicians are highly skilled at recognizing and managing symptoms early, in most cases allowing the patient to remain comfortable at home throughout the end of their life.
