We are looking for volunteers who display excellent customer service skills to assist patients and visitors as they enter one of our newly renovated/upscale medical plazas in the South Park area.
Volunteers will proactively greet patients and visitors at the facility entrances and provide information and way-finding assistance. Must be able to transport patients in wheelchairs, as needed, (training provided) and refer to a supplied iPad for instructions on upcoming appointment arrivals. Shifts are 8am-12noon or 1pm - 5pm. Available days are M-F.
Great smiles are required!
All volunteers must submit an application and complete the following steps:
1. Interview
2. Orientation
3. Health clearance
4. Background check
5. Site specific training
