Southeastern Care at Home & Hospice are currently seeking Administrative Volunteers to provide assistance to the Volunteer staff in all areas not directly related to direct patient care to the hospice patients. Administrative Volunteers help with administrative tasks, newsletter production and other clerical duties. Answering phones and or emails, Checking on Volunteer Match ads. Helping with the copying and scanning admission packages, Preparing Bereavement weekly mailings/ Bereavement cards. Copy and prepare Patient Care and Administrative Volunteer files for Orientation, help with Community events such as Health fairs and community special projects. (Help send out flyers to retirement homes, Assisted Living Facilities and Senior Centers. Help with basic clerical items to assist the clinical team.
